Holiday Orders

Carriers are again anticipating delays this holiday season due to the pandemic, and are not guaranteeing delivery times after mid December. Below are suggested order deadlines based on current delivery times (orders placed by 5:00 p.m. PST):

Orders placed after these dates may arrive in time for the holidays, depending on item availability and delivery zone. Orders before these dates are not guaranteed to arrive in time for the holidays. Ordering early is encouraged.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are estimates, based on the best estimate from our shipping carrier. We will charge you the best rate available at the time of shipping, which may be lesser or greater than the rate presented at checkout. If the actual rate exceeds the estimated rate by greater than 10%, we will contact you before proceeding with your order.

Shipping charges do not necessarily represent carrier's published rates and may include additional handling charges levied by Fireworks Galleries.

Carriers and shipping options for items drop-shipped by manufacturers vary.

Processing Time

Most orders ship on the first business day following the order; however, orders may require up to 3 business days to process before shipping. If your order will be delayed further, we will contact you to determine how to proceed.

Special orders and items drop-shipped from the manufacturer may require additional time to process.

Orders Consisting of Multiple Items

Depending on the items and their availability, orders consisting of more than a single item may be shipped separately at no extra cost in order to serve you better.

Delivery Area

Fireworks will happily ship orders to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia, including post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses, plus Canada. We regret that we are presently unable to ship online orders to Mexico, or other addresses outside the United States and Canada.

Canadian and international customers are responsible for any and all duties, fees, taxes, and customs levied by their respective countries.

Delivery Times

Ground service delivery time varies depending on delivery location. For estimated delivery times, please refer to our carriers' US and Canada Ground Service Map for ground shipments leaving zip code 98188:

Note that delivery maps do not include order processing time. Most orders ship on the first business day following the order; however, orders may require up to 3 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times are an average, and do not account for seasonal volume- or weather-related delays.

Duty and Customs Charges

Shipping charges do not include duty fees, customs charges, or any import/export taxes or fees. International customers are entirely responsible for any and all duty fees, customs charges, and/or import/export taxes and fees.
